Kabanas Amazon Lodge is located on the banks of the Juma River, in the heart of the Amazon Rainforest, in the state of Amazonas, Brazil. Access is by boat from Manaus, following a car journey to the municipality of Careiro da Várzea.

The lodge offers rustic yet comfortable accommodations in typical regional cabins, built with local materials and integrated into the natural environment. The cabins feature hammocks, comfortable beds, and private bathrooms. Additionally, there are common areas for meals, a deck with a view of the river, and spaces to relax and enjoy nature.

The best time to visit the lodge is during the dry season (from June to November), when the river levels are lower, making tours and forest hikes easier. During the rainy season (from December to May), the landscape is even more lush, with full rivers and flooded forests.

As it is located in a remote area of the forest, Kabanas Amazon Lodge does not have cell phone signal. However, the lodge offers satellite Wi-Fi.

Transfer from the hotel to Porto do Ceasa. From the port, the group will take a boat to the Meeting of the Waters (where the Negro and Solimões Rivers meet). After visiting the Meeting of the Waters, they will continue to Vila do Careiro. From Careiro, the journey proceeds by van or car to a small tributary of the Paraná do Mamori River, a trip of about one hour. From this location, they will take a boat to the lodge, a journey of approximately 45 minutes, with arrival at the lodge.
